Food Notes: M.L.Rose taps Murfreesboro for eighth location

M.L.Rose Craft Beer & Burgers has announced its renewed plans to bring a location to Murfreesboro. 

The company will open a location in 2108 Medical Center Parkway during 2025, according to a press release. The building currently houses West 22 Tacos, Authentic Brazilian Wax and LV Nail Bar. The news follows a 2022 announcement that M.L.Rose parent A.Ray Hospitality would open a location on New Salem Road, an effort that did not materialize. 

The Murfreesboro location will be M.L.Rose’s eighth. The burger and beer chain announced in July that it had opened its seventh location in East Nashville's Inglewood neighborhood. 

“Murfreesboro has been a priority location for us for years,” founder Austin Ray said in the release.

“It’s a community I have personal connection to and fond memories of, and we receive requests frequently from guests about expansion there. Many will remember we had a different location planned for Murfreesboro that didn’t work out. We didn’t give up on finding the best home for M.L.Rose, and this new location is ideal for us. We look forward to making connections with our new neighbors in Murfreesboro.”
